Can I downgrade or pause my tier?

Yes. You may move between tiers at any time, and you may pause membership for up to ninety days per calendar year. Pausing preserves your application history and your slot — when you return, you do not reapply. The room remains yours.

Are tier discounts stackable with promotions?

Tier discounts apply to standard pricing. When we offer a seasonal promotion, members receive whichever benefit is greater — never both layered together. We do not stack. We compose.

What does "considered composition recommendations" mean in practice?

Movement and Composition members receive periodic recommendations from our practitioner team — composed by hand, not by algorithm. We review your application, your stated intentions, and any correspondence you have shared with us. We recommend additions, adjustments, or pauses based on what we observe.

You may take any recommendation. You may decline any recommendation. Both are part of the lifestyle.
